I've started reading up on the history of Russia. Second page in and i'm already laughing from the mental images. Apparently, the first official 'state' of Russia (Kievian Russia) was greatly supported by non-slavics, specifically, powerful scandinavian merchants who quickly became 'slavicized'.

All I can picture is Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland walking into russia's house, only to come out completely drunk with bottles in their hands screaming "VODKAAAAAAAAA!!!" alongside Russia.

Hm. Well, my birthday's coming up soon.
And I won't be busy upchucking in a toilet with a needle stuck in my chest for it!
hahaha.
